Shipping Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.
Coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them.
Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS standard ground shipping for free delivery in the USA.Â
Why was my order marked delivered but I did not receive it?
Please try checking with your neighbors and your postal delivery person. Also check around your normal delivery place to see if it’s been put somewhere different.
Sometimes carriers will mark packages as being delivered but not actually deliver them until the next day.
Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information than what you have received. Once we hand off the package to USPS, it’s in their hands to ensure delivery.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
Time is of the essence! If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Please email customerservice@afamilymission.com with pictures of the damaged packaging and contents so we can get it taken care of immediately.
Do you ship overseas?
No we do not ship overseas. Shipping costs are prohibitive for doing so.Â
